Dream interpretation AI, in your own words
Write it down before it fades. Every symbol it reads is underlined in your own words, so you can see what each line rests on.
How the dream interpreter works
- You write the dream the way you remember it: where you were, who was there, what happened, how it felt.
- You choose a lens. Psychological looks at what the dream may say about how you feel now. Symbolic looks at what its images have long stood for.
- Each symbol is read from your words. The phrase it came from is quoted and underlined, so you can see what every line rests on.
- It ends with a question, not a verdict: often about something the dream left out, like how a place felt.
Can AI interpret your dreams?
Partly, and it helps to be clear about which part. AI is good at the reading side: noticing the images you wrote down, what they have traditionally meant, and how they might fit together. It can’t know your life, so it can’t tell you what a dream means for you. That part is yours.
A dream doesn’t predict the future, and it isn’t a sign about your health. Lanterndeck never reads a dream that way. If a dream leaves you worried about something real, a person you trust or a professional is the right place to take it.
What to look for in a dream interpreter
- It reads what you actually wrote, and shows you the words each meaning came from.
- It says what it can’t do: no predictions, no diagnoses, no “this means you will…”.
- It offers more than one way to read a dream, and leaves the last word to you.
- It tells you where your dream goes. Your dream is sent to Lanterndeck’s server and to our AI provider to write the interpretation. We don’t store it on our server.
A dream journal that notices what comes back
Save a dream and it goes in your dream journal, in this browser. When a symbol turns up again, water or a missed train or an old house, Lanterndeck marks it with the dates and the words you wrote last time. It’s counted from your own words, not guessed.
Nothing is saved unless you choose, and you can export or delete your journal at any time.
